ZIRUP (Auditor)
Onias N Makanda is a holder of a BSc in Rural & Urban Planning and a Masters in Development Studies. He has more than 15 years of work experience in spatial planning, property management and rural development. Currently he is the Manager Housing & Social Services at Zvimba RDC and is holding the post of ZIRUP Auditor for 2 consecutive terms.
