Andrew is the Executive Director for Astute Contractors since November 2019. Before this he was the Managing Director for Hello Project Developers for 8 years. He has authored and co-authored in refereed journals. Andrew is the immediate past President for Zimbabwe Institute for Regional and Urban Planning.
